Booth Setup
Thursday, August 13th 10am - 5pm: Booth setup begins
Friday, August 14th: Fully setup by 9am
Monday Morning, August 16th: Booth tear-down
Vendor Requirements

Products must reflect pre-1900s themes (mountain men, Native American, American history)

Mainstream vendors must create an immersive, historically accurate booth

Period clothing is encouraged

Minimize or conceal modern materials/branding

Non-compliant booths may be reassigned
Vendor Responsibilities

Provide your own equipment and setup
- Organizers are not liable for theft, damage, or loss
- Participation waives claims against organizers
- Liability insurance recommended
- Must follow all local/state regulations

Booth Pricing
Mainstreet Legion Park 10x10: $35 per day, or $120 for all 4 days
Parking Lot Space 10x10: $35 per day, or $120 for all 4 days
Mobile Operations: $50 per day, $180 for all 4 days
