Whitehall Vendor Christmas Stroll Signup

The Whitehall Christmas Stroll is one of our community’s most treasured holiday traditions. Each year, families and friends come together to enjoy two full days of shopping, music, and festive fun. Main Street transforms into a winter wonderland filled with glowing lights, holiday cheer, and the spirit of giving. Local vendors showcase unique gifts, handmade crafts, and tasty treats perfect for the season. Children’s laughter fills the air while neighbors gather to celebrate the joy of Christmas. From warm drinks to twinkling displays, every corner of the Stroll is filled with holiday magic. It’s more than just an event—it’s a chance to make memories that last all year long. Visitors from near and far are invited to join Whitehall in celebrating the traditions that make Montana so special. The Western Legacy Center is proud to be part of this joyful gathering that unites our community. Booth Setup and Hours:

• Booth setup may begin the day before each event from 10 am-5 pm, though Christmas Stroll will also have setup from 9- 12 pm on the 11th.

• Booths must be fully set up by 12 pm on the 11th. 

• Booths must remain set up until 5 pm on the last day of the event. 

• (For Christmas Stroll) Booths with displays over 5ft are required to purchase booths against the outer walls.

  Submission Instructions:

  • All applications must be emailed, mailed, or dropped off directly to MT Western Legacy Center management at least 1 week prior to the event. Applications are taken in on a First Come First Serve Basis!

      Refunds will not be issued for requests made less than 15 days before the event.
