Join the 2026 Lost Hawk Rendezvous and help create an immersive gathering filled with traditional skills, handmade goods, historical interpretation, specialty food, and period-inspired trade.

Booth Setup

Period-Specific Vendors: Setup may begin on Monday, August 10th
-
Montana Western Legacy Center Vendors: Setup may begin Thursday, August 13th, 10am - 5pm
-
All vendor booths must be fully setup by 9am on Friday, August 14th
-
Booths must remain in place until the morning of Monday, August 17th
Vendor Requirements

Vendor's products must fit the pre-1900s theme, including mountain men, Native American culture, or American History
-
Vendors on the Main street Legion Park strip must create an immersive, historically accurate booth experience

Period clothing is strongly encouraged during event hours

Booths should reflect historical trade, craftsmanship, or lifestyle
-
Modern materials, branding, and displays should be minimal or hidden
-
Vendors who do not meet period presentation standards may be moved to a non-period vendor area
Vendor Responsibilities

Provide your own equipment and setup

Organizers are not liable for theft, damage, or loss

Participation waives claims against organizers

Liability insurance recommended

Must follow all local/state regulations
Additional Info
The Montana Western Legacy Center reserves the right to:

Limit the number of exhibitors of a particular type of product, service, or business at its sole discretion

Dictate vendor booth spot selection, and separate vendors with similar products as space allows

All necessary precautions must be followed according to the mandates in place at the time of the event
Food Vendors
Must submit a copy of their Mobile Food Purveyor License with their application in order to sell food at the event. If you have questions, please call (406) 225-4126.
